Our main quality objective is simple-produce safe food ingredients that meet our customer’s needs. Contamination prevention, the identification and elimination of hazards, and the preservation of an ingredient’s quality are the highest priority. We are constantly auditing our processing operations and programs both internally and externally. Our external audits are conducted by AIB (American Institute of Baking) and FPA (Food Processors Association). Please contact us if you would like more information regarding our audits.
